The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your particular order. All orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivery time for ground shipments is within 2-5 business days nationwide. Actually for most states and most orders, your order will reach in 2 to 4 working days. If you have a more urgent need, we offer a Second Day Service and Next Day Service at discounted rates. All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses will be delivered by the US Postal Service and may take up to 2 days longer. Order tracking and delivery confirmation is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. You may call us to get only the shipping date in those instances. If you provide a valid e-mail address while ordering, and ensure that email from the domain Travel-Coolers.com is not blocked by your e-mail filters, an e-mail confirmation with tracking number should reach you when your order ships. You may also call our support center at 954-536-2812 ( M-F, 10-7 EST ) to get your tracking information. If ordering more than one type of product, your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged, separately. In all cases however, you will receive e-mail with tracking numbers. Travel Coolers, Inc. retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests (Next Day Service etc.), bulk orders over $1000 that require special shipping, and pallet orders.
